Booked on app. Waited 30 minutes - phoned and the cab was never coming and we had declined offer of using another cab on basis that we wanted to honourbthe booking we had made with Taxi Link Oh the irony! Very badly let down!

Waited for around an hour for a taxi for my elderly mother in law, I phoned the office to ask what the problem was and the very unpleasant operator said to me youre not going to moan at me mate and she put the phone down on me . Really not what I would expect from a professional outfit . Shocking behaviour . Think the operator needs to be retrained or find a new profession this happened 30/04/22 if the operator is reading this hope youre happy with your behaviour.

Pre paid 30 pounds for a cab to get my son home from Worthing. Because my son was slightly worse for wear tried to tell him it wasnt paid for! Drove him to cash machine to draw out money! Thank god he called me to check. Told him do not pay them the money had already left my account and fate had been pain. Driver kept insisting it hadnt been paid until I asked for his name and driver number! All of a sudden it was all ok. Called firm to complain giving all details of driver, car reg and job number. They hung up on me. Dodgy firm avoid at all cost!
