I stopped using this company years ago and I can't remember the reason but it wasn't a good one. Used them again for the first time in years last night and the driver did nothing but moan about the fact I wanted to get some food on the way home, which I said when I booked the cab. He said he wouldn't have took the job if he'd known it would take a while. Not my problem, he didn't have to take the job!!! It made me feel uncomfortable so on that basis I'll be back to boycotting them because that's no way for a driver to be talking to a customer

Wouldnt even give one star. Prebooked taxi, even paid in advance. Over an hour late, kept LYING saying taxi was 5 mins away. Absolutely shocking, dont use this company. Take your money and turn up when they want.

Ive used many taxi firms over the past couple of years but these guys are by far the best. Always a polite service from them and if you do have any issues/questions then mention it to one of their operators and it will get dealt with straight away. Keep up the good work City Cabs Definitely Recommend

The service provided was appalling. I provided a full address including postcode for my taxi to come pick me up from. The cab firm sent the driver to the wrong place and consequently turned up an hour later to pick me up. The individual within the cab office was extremely rude and blamed me for not providing a postcode when the full address was supplied. It was very unprofessional and I wont be using them again.
