worst taxis firm going you cant trust them to pick you up even when you pre book with them and hour before!! Also the person on the phone was soo off hand and rude she needs the sack!!! How they get any costumers I dont know. Wont use them again!

Extremely poor attitude to customer service. I rang for a taxi for a certain time, in plenty of notice, and the taxi arrived just over twenty minutes late with no apology. The taxi driver in question never made an effort to have even a simple conversation which I found to be just down to pure ignorance. He did not even bother to drop me off outside of my given destination which resulted in myself having to walk a fair distance to get there which made me very late for work and after all of that, had the nerve to overcharge me. I definitely will never be using this firm again and I advise to anybody who want reliability, not to ring this firm.
