Beware - this firm left 5 teenage girls stranded in the early hours of the morning! Booked a 6 seater on the app a week before it was required for 5 teenage girls returning from Hanley at 1.45am. Confirmed on the app. Called on the evening of the booked ride to double check and give the correct contact number to call or text arrival. All confirmed. Received a notification on the app at 00.50 that the ride had been cancelled. Called to understand why and spoke to a guy who was completely unconcerned saying "I've got no mini buses love what do you want me to do?". When I explained what wanted him to do was not to leave 5 teenage girls stranded in Hanley in the early hours of the morning when I had booked a week ago and had also confirmed that evening he got irate and put the phone down on me. Disgusting, shocking and completely without any morals, care or compassion.
