Ive used Kidsgrove taxis for years to Manchester Airport allays on time good prices

We booked a minibus in advance for 22:00 Sat 13th, phoned at 21:47 to check that they were on their way and then, when chased at 22:14, were told that we were not there at 22:00 and the minibus was now in Hanley (good driving). We were then told that it was 10 minutes away at least six times. On two of these calls I asked if they would guarantee someone would come because there was still time to get a bus (we had a lot of luggage so a minibus was better) and was reassured that we would. Not a great walk back to Kidsgrove, will not use this company again. First they lied to say that we were not there at 22:00 and then continually promised to send someone out. One star because web site does not allow zero and none of our friends or family will use this company again.

Kidsgrove Taxi's not only arrived late but sent a 4seater taxi after booking for 12people, we had agreed 100 return, but were told the taxi would cost 80 plus 150 for an 8seater.
