Should have read other reviews before using It's Roadrunners. Initially told the taxi would arrive in 10 minutes. After repeated calls and each time being told 10 minutes it finally arrived after 50 minutes and we missed our appointment. Spoilt our evening.

We were left waiting to be collected from a venue late at night, despite having pre-booked and calling the day before to confirm booking. We waited half hour until trying to call office 3 times. No one picked up and no one called back - would not recommend. THANK GOODNESS FOR ****

We left a smartphone in a taxi. (Worth no more than £50). The driver said he will bring it back, but we have to pay for the journey. He did not come back. When we called the company, they told me the driver did not find any phone in the taxi. Be careful, your phone might be worth more!!!
