isappointing! I booked a cab this morning and it wasnt on time so I rang them to ask what was going on and told the lady it was happening too often lately and expressed my disappointment. She was very rude and wouldnt even listen or apologise instead she cut me off. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years and I use them every week. I think no customer deserves to be treated like that. The lady I spoke to was very unprofessional & lacks people skills. When the cab turned up, l got the same treatment from the driver. There was no apology whatsoever instead he said to me “what do you want me to do?”. Diamond Cars is becoming a joke!

Rubbish service. Booked a cab for 1645. At 1650 there was no sign, so I phoned to check. I was told the cab was on route and 4 minutes away. At 1700 there was still no sign, so I phoned again. I was initially told there was no booking, and then that the taxi would be with me in a minute or so. Same story 10 minutes later. Eventually the taxi arrived at 1715. I explained to the driver that I had a train to catch at 1745, and he really didnt seem bothered. Absolutely no recognition that he was 30 minutes late and no urgency. To cap it all, he pulled in next to a deep puddle so I could not get out. I made the train by the skin of my teeth. Hopeless company, use someone else.
