Dont bother booking with these lot. I booked a cab 24 hours in advance on their App and pre paid for cab to arrive at 6.45 am so I rang them at 6.50 am when no show only to be told it wont make it on time now because its not even been dispatched. So I missed train to Airport and had to drive in to make flight which cost me double for parking as its same day booking. AVOID THIS TAXI COMPANY

Unscrupulous Company with a Driver Who Lied and Took Advantage of a Senior Citizen. On 21st December 2021 I booked a taxi through A2B Radio Cars, now owned by GoCarz, to take my 85 year old father from Coventry to Birmingham Airport at 3.30amin the morning. As Coventry is out of area they said I would have to pay for the journey via their airpay link otherwise the car would not turn up. So I paid a deposit and the balance was taken after the journey totalling £21.55. However, my Dad was charged cash for the journey by the driver. The fare was £21.55 . My Dad only had 2 £20 notes and told the driver to take £23. The driver said £7 change and took an extra £10 tip. My Dad tried to wave him down as he drove away but it was too late. He did not get a receipt. The driver lied and denied taking any money. They refused to refund me. This took over 3 weeks of chasing. My advice use another company with better morals. You might get fiddled too.

Aggressive driver, poor experience. But only one company in Telford, he knows he can get away with this attitude! Avoid!

After prepaying for my taxi it never turned up, called them many times a just had the usual deferring such as it will be 15mins 30mins etc, then they told me that the drivers choose the jobs and don't have to commit to any pickup. So they take your money and don't deliver, Ended up having to get a family member out of bed to collect us. My advice is to avoid this company

My hotel booked a taxi unknown to me because its my 1st time in Telford. Obviously your excellence is the best that's why the Manager chose Go Carz. To my utter shock the driver on tax VE12 NJV was rude, arrogant didn't know how to use Satnav so he resorted to shout at me when I gave him my Post Code. Please kindly send him for training on how to use Satnav and customer careI will never change taxis because of one bad apple in a basket full of sweet apples.
