Had so many bad experiences with them almost every time. They will not come to my house(too narrow turning apparently, even though we and neighbours have building work sometimes) Always late. Christmas day last year half an hour late, so I was late (Trauma Unit) Drivers that have had no idea where I live(I've had to tell them after a 13hr shift) then got charged more because of it.

I have been using this taxi company for years. They are prompt, efficient and friendly, not to mention very reasonably-priced. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS TAXI COMPANY, THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN!!! I cant believe this kind of shocking service still exists to be honest. This taxi firm left four of us stranded last night on NYE. Taxi was booked for 2.30am and we arrived at the spot at 2.31am so they apparently left because we were one minute late, ONE MINUTE! It took us until 5am to find another taxi company to take us home and £80 (was only supposed to be £50). Dont trust this company just use a different firm please!
