DO NOT USE. Horrendous service. Been using them for around 6 years now and the service has been appalling lately. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable staff. Took our car seat to keep at their office and then failed to give it back to us putting our child's life at risk, even though we arranged it with the female working there prior to the journey that the car seat will be returned to us. Now they are trying to charge us to have the car seat delivered back to us after promising for a week to bring it back themselves. Not a single apology for the fact that they didn't bring it back when they said they would, apparently due to "someone taking the key for the cupboard with them". With the amount of other cab companies around as well as Uber there is no way we'd be using them again and have advised everyone we know as it's just not worth it. No appreciation for the fact that we've been their long-term customers for so long and really no manners.
