Just came from Heathrow airport and my experience with their operator was bad. Basically 3days ago I called them to book a trip from my home to the airport and airport home and they gave me 2 diferentes prices one was £35 to the airport and £42 from the airport. I asked why is more expensive the return? And they told me it's because someone will be waiting for me and that is a service they add on top of the £35. I said ok and I booked it. On my return today the driver was late because of traffic and I had to wait 15min for him. I called the car company and I explained the situation and I refused to pay the extra because I was the one waiting for them and not the opposite. They said the best price they could do was £40 when it seams unfair because they did not provided the service they promiss to deliver. We where debating this for good few minutes on the phone when the phone operator switched off the phone on my face. I will use Uber instead.
