Just completely incomplete and will just increase your blood pressure if you use them you have been warned. Two weeks ago I booked this company for a pickup and then cancelled it before the car was despatched however they still charged me £5 as I foolishly used their app which had my credit card details. Got a response, it was a “system” error and I did get my money back, needless to say I removed my credit card details. On Saturday I booked a car 2 1/2 hours before I needed collection. 4 minutes after the collection time, the app says your driver is 30 minutes away. No phone call, no apologies, no explanation. Contacted them directly to be told operations are looking into it. This company is beyond useless. How sending a Mercedes from Wallingford for my fare is “green” is beyond me. Just no good words to say about this awful company. Please avoid for your sanity

Best taxi service around. Clean car and a friendly driver. And the fare was what I was quoted. A+++
