Hey, I'm Henry, a Personal Trainer working in Liverpool Street, the City of London. With my programmes, I focus on achieving absolute health for my clients through personalized nutrition, and a strength and conditioning programme individually tailored to their needs. They range from long term weight loss to rehabilitation for injury, building muscle to athletic performance. My knowledge of the human systems includes particular interest in nutrition, digestion and endocrinology (the study of hormones).

This brand-new centre was opened in 2015 after an £11m investment and it has everything you'll need to stay active. It includes a state-of-the-art 63-station gym, as well as a 25m swimming pool that, along with its two flumes, also plays host to our award-winning swimming lessons, among other aquatic activities. We also boast a full group exercise programme, a sports hall that plays host to a number of activities - including five-a-side football and badminton - as well as two squash courts. Kids can enjoy our soft play area too, while adults can relax in our health suite after their workout.
