The light of my life went to Chorley yesterday for a lump removal near his eye. Firstly the reception staff were friendly and accommodating and then we were booked in by the most lovely nurse Fiona. My German shepherd is very anxious and Fiona made him feel at ease and . I was very anxious too and Fiona helped amazingly. Tony Gilbert was the vet doing the op who kept me updated and called me after the surgery explaining everything. I collected Elijah and again everyone was helpful and happy. We saw a lovely nurse again that discharged Elijah. Sorry I don't know your name but thank you. Sharon looked after Elijah while he was there he came out calm and very well cared for. The whole experience was a good one for myself and Elijah. Thank you so much everyone and Jerome for aspirating the lump in the first place. Elijah has been with pinewood his whole life and is now nearly 11. He wouldn't be here without all the vets at pinewood. Especially Christina the angel, Tony and Jerome.

I took my puppy here in September for injections. They did the first injection and charged me for ALL injections up front. Two weeks late I arrived for second appointment and the vet takes him away then returns "I am sorry we don't have the vaccine solution" but it's ok he can come back and have it with his next injections. So 3 weeks later I call back and they say oh you have left it too late, the vaccines have to be done exactly 4 weeks later. you will have to pay again and start all injections. I asked for a summary of this in email they said they were too busy, but might be able to email me if they have time... If the timings of these appointments are so important then the business should PRE book this instaed of asking you to call back later to book. They even said that "I should have researched the vaccines myself and if I had then I would have known this".

Amazing care, don't cost the earth. Very experienced vets who actually know what they are doing.

Gave them excellent care, wormed them and seemed to get the dosages spot on. One of them had an old wound from a previous home and he fully assessed it and removed some necessary loose tissue. He also managed to spot an old dog bite on the other and i couldn't have spotted it at all! Really seemed to care. They dont cost the earth either i spent 50 and got them both registered, fully checked over and given worming medication for it.

My kitten was looked after and given treatment, friendly vets who look their pets! Prices for treatments are not sky high either!
