Have been on several tours with Phillips both in the UK and Europe. Alan and now Julian give expert commentaries throughout the journey. All very, very interesting and informative. We have learnt a lot about our own country as well as when we have been abroad. Another good reason for travelling with Phillips is there is no music blasting away which happens with most other coach companies. Looking forward to my next trip with Phillips.

He likes his microphone doesn't shut up, so miserable tells you off for talking and BANS you from using them! Alan the Boss is miserable never smiles and says thanks for travelling, he won a award for this company BEST COACH OPERATOR one year he didn't deserve it better companies out there!
