We run programs that bring leaders and teams outside to help you reconnect with each other, and give you space to think differently, so that you can work together better. We offer: - 1- day team building and away day programmes around the fire in London and Brighton - 2 or more day company offsite retreats in Sussex - Leadership team development programmes at inspiring indoor and outdoor venues in London and Sussex Programs are designed to be enjoyable, energising and participatory, so that you can have different types of conversations that build trust and connection, and have a lasting impact. Since 2019, weve worked with all sorts of clients of all shapes and sizes - from small tech startups to teams from large corporates, from 5 to 50 people.
