My experience of dealing with Atkinson ARB has been nothing but excellent. The initial quote for the work was within that which I had expected. I was kept informed of any delays due to circumstances out of their control (weather) and when the day came for the work to be carried out they arrived promptly and complete the work in a very competent and efficient manner. This was even though the task was not straight forward due to large branches having fallen onto adjacent property and threatening nearby installations. James, liaised with my neighbours and the work was completed in short order. I was very impressed by the team work of the entire workforce. The clean-up was very extensive. I have no difficulty in recommending Atkinson ARB and will be having them back for further work on my trees.

Highly professional service, we contacted Atkinson Arb, after being continually let down by another. After surveying the problematic chestnut branch they assisted with the planning permissions required as it is classified with a protection order. On the day, the team turned up and efficiently dealt with the limb, taking extreme care to preserve the life of the tree, avoid damage to surrounding plants, trees and garden structures. Friendly, competent, reliable and competitive we will certainly be using them again in the future and would absolutely recommend their services.
