Correct Service Limited was established in 1996, and incorporated as a Limited company in 2002 and has since grown to become one of Nottingham's most reputable service agents that many high street retailers turn to for the provision of an efficient and reliable after sales service. With a team of 17 employees we are a family run business with a strict policy to provide our customers with a service they find prompt, friendly and informative, competitive and above all reliable. We are approved service agents for many of the world's leading manufacturers such as Sony, Hitachi, Panasonic and Toshiba, with much of our work derived from recommendations by existing customers, and by providing a 1st class after sales support service for several high street retailers. Correct Services recently accepted my record player for assessment and possible repair. Although return took a little longer than anticipated, I would just like to say....... My record player had been dysfunctional for approximately 2 years but I could not dispose of it without taking one last chance of repair. They gave me that chance and......if not able to repair then I was happy that I would not be the one to discard my beloved record player. They do provide a collection service and, although not 100% as indicated, they do confirm a time slot on the day and deliver (collect) same day no matter what. Even when my player was booked for return it was obviously reassessed and deferred for further attention. They obviously are reluctant to return any equipment unless (in their consideration) it is as fully back in working order as can be achieved. They have given me my.......blast to my past back. I can not them enough for their service and I would certainly recommend them.

I left a blu-ray player with this company toward the end of September, and was assured the repair would take less than a week. Two weeks later, I called to see what progress had been made, and was informed that the engineer would call me back. Two further calls from me, and the engineer did eventually return my call. He explained the problem, the upgrades to the software required, and the cost involved, £90 less my initial payment of £30, a balance of £60. However, when I collected the item, I was asked for £92, considerably more than quoted. I complained, and the response was, that if I was unhappy, they could take the parts out. They could do nothing about the price, 'as they would be out of pocket'. - Actually, I'm the one out of pocket! Not exactly, good customer service or an adequate response. The repair, took three weeks longer than expected, the communication was dire, and the quote I received from the engineer was worthless. No apology whatsoever! - DREADFUL
