Caring and dedicated...
We are a veterinary practice located near the centre of Bromley. We have many clients from Bromley, Chislehurst, Keston, Chelsfield and Orpington. We are different because we have longer consultations than other practices, and we use this extra time to rigorously assess your pet and thoroughly discuss the tests and treatment options with you. Because of this relationship, we know our clients well, and over the years, come to think of them as friends. The practice has provided high quality veterinary care in Bromley since 1937. We are not part of a chain or group of practices. Over much of the last twenty years, the practice has been owned and managed by Mrs Evelyn torbet-smith bvms mrcvs. We aim to provide the highest level of medical and surgical care in the Bromley area, but most importantly, look after our clients and their pets with compassion and understanding

Were fantastic. But now taken over by a large chain of vets, and Im told the original staff have left. I signed up with the Laurels four years ago after poor service when my previous vet was also taken over by that chain. Im sure the new outfit are ok for basics, but personally Ill be looking elsewhere. Again.

I would take an ant there. They are so so rude and judgmental and the prices are a lot higher than most vets in the area. The old ladies at the reception desk give out their uneducated opinions out too freely. Maybe the HR department should not employ Karens in future.
