Darren from Tom Ford responded to an urgent Beko washing machine repair this morning. The machine was promptly fixed (a brush was worn out on the motor) as he keeps an inventory of spare parts in his van, so the is no need to order the part and return later to install. Great service for a very reasonable price.

I phoned Tom to see if he would repair my AEG. Sadly, Tom Ford don't do AEG, but I received some fabulous advice and had a super chat! I'd be tempted to buy a brand that Tom fixes in future.

Very good and quick service. I explained what problems I had been having and Darren checked over the machine and found another fault i wasn't aware of. Both problem were fixed within an hour and price for the job was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Our Hotpoint washing machine broke down on a Sunday. Phoned Tom Ford same day, and they sent someone around first thing Monday. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was friendly and polite throughout, and the cost was very reasonable. What more can you ask for? Definitely recommend that you give them a call..

The most devastating experience is to return from a holiday to discover that your washing machine isn't performing - in our case no spin. So left with a sopping wash. I found Tom Ford through a simple search and Darren was with us the next day and resolved the problem. I am absolutely delighted and cannot recommend them highly enough. Also had a very entertaining conversation with Tom Ford himself, which added to this good experience. VERY HAPPY!
