• Ive used p.m. skip a few times and always been happy. Just To say big thank for the understanding from them. As we hired a skip unfortunately an illness stopped us filling the skip. Which meant we had the skip for nearly a month. They were very understanding And did not charge us for having it over time very polite and Professional. Thank you Mick from Betchworth Surrey

• Really very very poor. I am absolutely disgusted and very disappointed with PM SKIPS. We received our skip and had noticed it seemed small. We measured the skip provided and had realised that PM SKIPS had delivered the wrong size skip. My husband had called them the next working day to let them know that they had provided us with the wrong size skip, but the lady on the phone was very rude and was telling us we are wrong. My husband explained that we had measured the skip and it is wrong, but she carried on being VERY RUDE! We had ordered a 12 yard skip and were given an 8 yard skip. Having spoken to her a few times she still carried on bring very rude. Even though they had made the mistake the lady didn't seem to be very helpful. We will NEVER EVER order a skip from PM SKIPS ever again! Not trust worthy and no customer service skills at all!

• Very friendly staff and super fast service, gave me a skip same day without any hassle! Driver even helped me load on a heavy mattress. Will definitely use them again.
