My parents were quite intimidated by their old window cleaner. They love these window cleaners because they can actually call them and somebody nice answers. I cant help feeling they are expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

have used you for a while and am usually at work when you come. Last time I was at home and was amazed at just how long you spent cleaning my windows. Your guy was here over an hour and really worked hard, I made him two cups of tea but he didnt stope to drink them.lol. my old cleaner used to be here 10 minutes and spend 7 of them chatting, he gets my money no more. thank you again

UKWindowClean sent a completely untrained and quite frankly scary individual to clean the windows on my three storey house. He violently threw the equipment at the windows and broke the seal on two of them. This lead to one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Despite numerous calls not one person will discuss this complaint with me and I fear it will never be resolved.

These cowboys damaged my property and are refusing to repair it! Instead threatening me with debt collectors over the 40 quid i owe them! I have withheld this until it gets repaired, but now they are denying they are at fault!! PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY There are small local reputable window cleaners out there! Use them not these cowboys !

Avoid like the plague! Broken my blue bin by standing on it to climb over the 6ft fence, terrible cleaning, children would do better, shocking treatment in regards to refusal to pay due to the damage to my property. Paid reluctantly to get rid of them, Please find a reputable company I am not on my own in regards to shocking cleaning and ill treatment, save yourself the hassle!

1st window clean was okay, windows not perfect but okay and had not been cleaned for a while. second clean done in the rain and windows covered in water marks. Then no sign of the company, emailed to ask why they had not been back and they said that they had been on a day I was in and the windows had not been cleaned and no note had been left asking for payment. No amount of arguing would convince the company that they had not been and so I have no further business with them but ended up having to pay for a clean that did not happen. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible job, the cleaner wasn't even here long enough for me to make him a cup of tea. Total rush job. Obviously I didn't choose to sign up with them (it says no where on their website that this is automatic) then 4 weeks later I get a payment notice through the postbox saying they couldn't get round the back, they've cleaned the front and we owe £6 for a partial clean. Saying "partial" is the only honest thing they've done! The windows looked untouched to me, the window sills and frames still had cobwebs on them. I called to complain and say I didn't want to continue the service, she cancelled and made no mention of the outstanding debt. Then I've just received a debt collection email the cheeky sods. I called up again and the guy I spoke to was the most rude person I've ever spoken to, telling me it was him who came round (like he remembers which of the 200 houses/day they rush around rubbing their sponge against and claiming they've cleaned it) and that he'd done an excellent job!

This company is a shambles and worst of all they were blackmailing my wife over the phone. We took up the free window clean as per they advertising leaflet they left in our postbox. The job itself wasn't up to the standard they advertise, it felt rushed and the windows were scattered with dry water droplets thus we decided not to use them again. Then, out of the blue, some weeks later, we had a Payment Information notice in the postbox saying that they have cleaned the windows and we are due to pay £8 (the notice even had a customer reference number that they have allocated to us!!). My wife called up saying that she didn't sign up for anything and at no point she has requested for their repeated service plus on their website it clearly states that it is no obligation free clean! The representative on the phone threatened my wife that if the amount is left unpaid, he will pass it on to a debt collecting agency and it will accumulate interest over time etc.

Keep away from this company. They damage your property, refuse to acknowledge this and deny it was them. They then expect you to pay to use a mediation company to resolve the issue. Oh and they threaten you with a debt collection company if you object to paying the bill. A bunch of charlatans - do not use.

Failed to make it clear that they assume u want to continue the service (you have to contact them to tell them you don't want it after free clean!) turn up randomly then demand £10 per clean for all of 30 seconds work, The windowsills were still dirty. Then go on to send threatening emails to say your credit will be affected and they will pass on to debt recovery if I don't pay remaining balance of £10! £10!! Ridiculous! DO NOT go with this company if you want quality cleaning and services. I worry had I been elderly or vulnerable I would of felt forced into continuing to have them clean my windows! I only rated this 1 star as it isn't possible to do a 0 star rating.
