Fast Service Great team good communication friendly staff

First of all I got let down by my original guy to remove an old bed base and mattress. I rang John on Wednesday night at 5pm. John & two lads arrived on the Thursday morning at 10.15am. I can not recommend JT Removals enough. Very fast. Polite guys. Reasonably priced and overall great service. Thanks lads

I've used JT removals twice, once for a house clearance and recently to move house. On both occasions they were great, turning up earlier than arranged. Friendly but very professional. They took the worry out of the whole experience. All items were handled with great care and nothing was damaged. They worked very hard and i think their prices are very reasonable. I would definately recommend you look at hiring these guys. 5*.

Amazing service, so fast! Would strongly recommend, I have a lot of delicate glassware and not a single item was broken in the move and they did a full house move in 2 and a half hours!! Staff are so friendly and easy going! JT removals team made our house move a literal dream.

Our builders ordered a skip from Ace for some general building waste. After the work had been completed the skip was at most 3/4 full, however when Ace came to collect they said it was too full and would not take it! Despite us paying a whopping £280 for the skip, they insisted that we remove some of the materials and did not offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience, time wasted, or fact that we were being given less than we had paid for. A further 2 times we attempted collection after removing more and more from the skip, and were always told to remove even more! The skip has finally been collected, after being here for 2-3 months, and we are left with 2 ton bags full of rubble that we had to remove. This was due to our driveway being narrow so a large collection lorry could not get to the skip, however we were not informed of this (maybe the builders were but they did not say anything to us) and to be honest if a skip is only allowed to be half full then the customer should o

We had such a helpful service and a very friendly - helpful guy who came to collect our skip last week. He was more than willing to go that extra mile to help me get the skip ready to go off/flatten down some of the higher items. For which I was very appreciative. Many thanks! Hannah

We called Ace Skip Hire for 10 Yard, (garden waste & a collapsed "out building"), the lady on the phone could not have been more helpful, the service was GREAT, "Skippy" arrived the following day, driver chappie was the most helpful person on the planet, delivered "exactomundo" !! and well placed, called for collection and exactly same great service. Excellent service and all arranged at short notice due to quick turnaround between exchange and completion. Lad's on the day we're excellent, very helpful and well organised, nothing was broken or damaged.

Move it chaps cleared a wide variety of garden/ household "rubbish". Although they were unable to park close to my house. Nothing seemed to faze them. They also swept & tidied up afterwards. Definitely recommended. John

Avoid these people ! Search for other companies I have had to give one star or the review wouldnt post !!!

becareful what you want them to take and bot take, even if you tell them. best to watch and instruct all the way as you have nothing bit denial even if you have it on cctv. Be Carefull
