It has always been our policy that Falcon Windows Ltd would never entertain high-pressure sales, this is a situation we can safely say we have achieved. We only quote when we have been asked to and we quickly follow the visit up with a written quotation with a computer aided design (CAD) drawings so the customer knows exactly what they would be having installed before installation.\n \n Our unique approach of professional consultation and detailed information has proven to be the approach that our discerning customers prefer.
