The Falcon Group was established in 1984 in Ipswich, Suffolk by enterprising local glazier, Eamon Sheppard. Originally specialists in manufacturing high quality double-glazed sealed units to builders and self-build properties, Falcon Ipswich spread its wings just three years later, to serve Suffolk and north Essex with the installation of first class and competitively priced Windows and Doors. And it wasn't long before a growing demand for high quality plastic polyvinyl chloride or pvc-u products helped the family business soar to new heights. Falcon Windows Ltd has now developed into a group of businesses which professionally service the home improvement market. These provide windows and doors, supply and install conservatories and energy-saving replacement roof technologies such as SupaLite Warm Roofs. They offer double glazing maintenance, and replacement glass services as well as roofline products including fascia and soffits, cladding, bargeboards and guttering . Over more than 30 years in the double glazing and home improvement business, Falcon's highly motivated family team has developed itself an enviable reputation for the highest of installation standards in the Ipswich, Colchester, Suffolk and north Essex areas. Offering a 10 year product warranty, it seeks to keep its business fairly local - within a 15 mile radius of its Ipswich HQ - to ensure the highest and most cost-effective level of after-sales care, but its impressive reputation means that it is periodically servicing enquiries further afield.
