Absolutely shocking service. Took over 2000 pounds from my elderly parents for a garage that was ordered with a tin roof. They then tried to be fly by not felting under the tin which caused major leaks as the tin was also cut way too short. Tried numerous times to contact the boss and got fobbed off repeatedly. Finally months later they turned up fitted correct wood on the roof and felted as initially requsted however they refused to fix the tin roof and threatened to walk off the job. The boss Ernie who was there also found it acceptable to be verbally abusive to my elderly parents. He even instructed them to get in the house out the way and that he spends more in the pub on a Saturday than my parents paid for the whole job. I'd never recommend this place and now resorting to contacting solicitor again to get this fixed. Will also be contacting trading standards. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THAE PLAGUE.

Being exceptionally pleased with the work AllroundUK had previously competed for me I am a repeat customer. This time I had some very tricky worktops replaced in my kitchen and a large amount of tiling above them. I was thrilled with the results. My house is a 16th century cottage so the walls are a challenge. Gavin's attention to detail was fantastic, nothing was an issue and the results are incredible! Exceptionally pleased customer. David explained all the work that was required very thoroughly and kept us updated throughout the process, sending several before and after photos. He answered our many questions and he is very knowledgeable. The work on our roof has come with a 10 year guarantee, so we also have peace mind! I work in construction, so have had experience of working with several different roofers, and I have to say ABRS are a top quality roofing company that I would definitely recommend.

Superb service as usual. I had a leak into my lounge from an old capped chimney after the heavy rain last weekend. Pat came round Monday , sent Phil to look at it and Pat gave me an estimate Tues AM and Phil then carried out and completed the job that day. He removed the old top of the chimney, replaced timbers, slats and roof felt, added some fascia.and swopped out tiles so they matched. And of course cleared up. I couldn't even see where the old chimney had been when finished. Perfect job. Great firm, always efficient prompt service and excellent communication.

Arnold Building were doing some work on my neighbours house so I asked them to have a look a couple of damaged roof tiles. They were extremely helpful & advised that a few of our ridge tiles also needed replacing. They could start within a couple of weeks so we decided to have all the ridge tiles across our bungalow replaced. Very happy with their work & would highly recommend them.

My mum has phoned so many roofers and they have not got back in touch rang Arnold building &roofing they turned up when they said and they were brilliant telling my mum all the time what they were doing. Rang and emailed local companies but all had said they would contact me ? Arnold building come straight out to give me a quote and come the next day to repair my roof .
