Beyond useless. Taxi was 20 minutes late. Call centre couldn't get in touch with driver. Nearly missed train. If there were zero stars or minus stars I would give that.

Poor experience, being a family of 5 obviously we can't fit in a regular cab. Was told by a driver we had to wait in a queue which is fine obviously but had to let about 30 people jump the queue as which is not good, please change your system for families of 5! Taxi driver was great by the way !

Always prebook a taxi with this firm and they are always on time. Charges are good and drivers are friendly. Use regularly.

Had an excellent experience. Had been stranded at Selby station after getting a wrong train. Was given number by the information people through machine on platform. Rang them was first told it might be 10mins before I could he could get there, but gave another colleague a call and was there in 1 minute and very pleasant drive to York station.

Got back to selby train station Saturday 4th Feb at 22:45, went to taxi rank and asked for a taxi to hemingbrough (6 miles), lady at taxi rank said sorry no chance!!! Wtf not even oh maybe an hour or so, but flat no chance. Had to drive home, cause I'd parked car at the station, had a couple of drinks in Leeds so didn't want to drive!! I have never ever had a taxi rank say NO CHANCE. Was that lady expecting us to just walk or wait in the cold for 12 hours??? These people should have a duty of care for people looking to get home safe!!! Avoid if you can!
