Good reliable and punctual transport company. Have used Evo Chauffeurs for the past 2 years and I can only praise them.

What a PILE of $***.... booked a couple of their cars. They cancelled at the last minuet, had to use Ubers instead. What a totally $*** firm,.... stay away. do not use them...... go anywhere else....do yourself a favour..............

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! I called them up when I missed my last train. My booking was confirmed and I got a text from them saying so. But the can never arrived!. I called them up many times to find out where the cab was and got told the car was on its way, then it got 'stuck in traffic', in 10 mins it'll be there' etc. and finally they stopped answering my phone calls. I waited over 2 hours in the middle of the night for the cab that didn't turn up at all! I contacted them on many occasions complaining about their service and my emails, letters were all ignored. I strongly suggest ringing a reliable company next time you want to book a cab but avoid this one at all cost!

Would give it zero stars if I could! Treated appallingly by both dispatch and the driver... Do not use this firm! A cab we ordered the day previously didn't turn up - it was an hour late and when I called to check on it, the man at dispatch kept hanging up on me. Then when we finally sorted alternative ride and I told the driver when he called, he told me I was a b*tch and wasted his time...

First Fairway & Kenwood experience this morning and we were met with rudeness from the driver. Demanded that we pay the fare upfront and when asked how his day was going, told us he didnt want to talk, an that we should just pay the money and not talk to him. Needs an urgent lesson in people skills.

I'll start with how Fairway & Kenwood responded to my complaint, because that was probably even worse than the initial incident. Over multiple months, I called dozens of times. Each time I was ignored or directed to a dead end. In retrospect, it is clear that this is actually Fairway & Kenwood's strategy in the face of complaints. At some point early in the process, I was told to ask for a man named Leon. When I subsequently called and asked for Leon, I was repeatedly told that he was out the office but would call back. All in all I was probably told this upwards of ten times, but I was never contacted by Leon or the company. Fairway & Kenwood also ignored emails to the email address of the company and Leon. As for the original incident: Fairway & Kenwood picked us up from the airport. We were delayed partly as a result of the flight's late arrival, and partly because of complications relating to medical equipment. We have recently completed our journey from Stoke Newington to Stansted Airport and I couldn't recommend 365 enough! Communication was brilliant from the start, our driver was polite and nice, the car was clean and modern and the price was brilliant! Thank you so much for making an early morning start so pleasurable.

Booked a taxi from Brighton to Heathrow online. They offered by far the best price I could find (£84 for the trip). Took a 25% deposit by card at booking and then I paid the balance to the driver in cash. Driver arrived promptly and was very professional and I felt safe.

Worst drivers, rude and appalling service. Didn't even turn up. I'd leave no star review if possible.
