I would not use this cab company again and will not recommend for anyone else to do so. Not only did the car we booked come over 20mins late, the driver kept making excuses and the car was not big enough to fit the luggage that we had requested. When I called the company to complain, they did not come back to me, so I had to call them three times to get any kind of response. All the people I spoke to at the company was rude and one lady named Shani gave me sarcastic comments, spoke over me and clearly had no customer service skills. I would avoid this company, if you want the car to come pick you up on time and if you do not want to be treated with no respect by their employees.
