Airport Transfers in Shadwell, London

i writing this on behalf of my 80yr old disabled mum she had an awful experience with u last wed night 29th march she went to orpington tescos was dropped of with one of ur drivers and had a return booked for 45 mins later she waited taxi didnt turn up after 45 mins plus she waited 45 mins rang and asked where it was they cancelled it because they said she wasnt there she was there u just didnt bloody look she.s severly disabled cant walk far everybody seen how distressed she was and helped her even an ambulance driver offered to help her but thankfully a lovely man and his wife took my mum so thanks for ur crap service if thats how u treat ur customers u can stick ur so called service where the sun dont shine so she wont b using ur service learn to look after ur customers because without them ur have no job disgrace should b ashamed of urselves to treat an 80 yr old disabled lady like that

I have used cannon cars to the airports and local runs over this year they are always on time and have never let me down I would just like to say they are Amazing

Not sure if I have the right company but the gentleman was not rude, patient courteous and the gentleman was quite courteous at the end of the ride he asked me to do him a favor. I enjoyed the service and The View. And I I would like to say thank you.

I WOULD URGE NOT TO USE! Late is an understatement! Waited well over an hour 75mins in FACT when told driver would be within 30mins ! Absolute joke of a service!:

We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

I Habib Ali driver for great Birtan cars my driver number is 842 I work with company for 3 weeks and I didnt get paid there all mafia there changer there number there use Pakistani number I when I try to contact them there ignoring me there are there mafia from Pakistan the killing rider and driver If is any one can help me with this issue ii will be happy and I have the pictures of them

I have been using another company to book my airport transfers in London. The last time they were out of cars and I had to look elsewhere. My Daughter went to Winter Wonderland on Thursday 2nd of May, when she went to get her train home she was told that a taxi (Great Britain cars) would pick her up from the station and take her and her friend to Borehamwood station, being that it was gone 9pm when they arrived at Borehamwood station, the Driver took it upon himself to take the girls to their homes, dropping them off right outside their front door!. He was well within his rights to leave them at the station but instead made sure that they got home safely! A massive thank you to that Driver! A credit to Great Britain cars!

This was a good service overall. The driver could be monitored on his way to the pick-up and he did call to give his ETA. The vehicle was a good size for all our luggage and the actual journey went very smoothly and we arrived on time at our destination

Excellent and reliable service, reasonably priced, very polite and experienced staff. Very happy with the service provided, defiantly recommend it to anyone.

I would not use this cab company again and will not recommend for anyone else to do so. Not only did the car we booked come over 20mins late, the driver kept making excuses and the car was not big enough to fit the luggage that we had requested. When I called the company to complain, they did not come back to me, so I had to call them three times to get any kind of response. All the people I spoke to at the company was rude and one lady named Shani gave me sarcastic comments, spoke over me and clearly had no customer service skills. I would avoid this company, if you want the car to come pick you up on time and if you do not want to be treated with no respect by their employees.
