Terrible, terrible company. Avoid like the plague. If they don't have a car available (even though it is pre-booked), they will hang up on you. Don't rely on this for airport transfers as you probably won't get there. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID.

My Daughter went to Winter Wonderland on Thursday 2nd of May, when she went to get her train home she was told that a taxi (Great Britain cars) would pick her up from the station and take her and her friend to Borehamwood station, being that it was gone 9pm when they arrived at Borehamwood station, the Driver took it upon himself to take the girls to their homes, dropping them off right outside their front door!. He was well within his rights to leave them at the station but instead made sure that they got home safely! A massive thank you to that Driver! A credit to Great Britain cars!
