It involves the expert treatment of the feet and lower limbs. This includes problems associated with the way we walk, which can lead to heel, knee, hip and lower back pain. All podiatrists must train for several years to become qualified practitioners. This allows us to treat common problems such as calluses or corns, provide general nail care but also to undertake nail surgery and biomechanical assessments.
