Our philosophy here is to work hard and be kind, often working alongside clients who have reached a crossroads in their lives, perhaps a bereavement, or relative going into care, perhaps downsizing or have just had a conversation with their children and realised that they don't want anything from the old family house! Whatever the reason the situation is dealt with both sensitively and with the clients best interests at heart, these sales have become something of an institution and well regarded by both the trade and private purchaser. When not dealing with the day to day dealing of the business, Philip is a contributor to the Antiques Roadshow, while the Antiques Roadtrip and other well known TV programmes film at these fine old buildings. Evenings and weekends often include Charity Auctions, lectures and after dinner speaking.
