Antony did a magnificent job, we are so happy with Antony's work, just what we wanted a high spec bathroom & cloak room plus high spec finish. Antony is the perfect bathroom fitter plus tiler. I would recommend Antony to anyone, Antony arrives ontime and cleans up after himself I can't fault anything, I trusted him in my home very polite respectful man. If I could give a rating of 1000+% I would.. Antony is a Star.. thanks again for resurrecting my bathroom + cloak room.

Work fine if done by decent tradesmen. BUT Still under guarantee.. What a joke. Spoke to Paul and daughter who take details and never call back to resolve problems. Give you numbers for the tradesmen which are unattainable..KEEP CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Ray, in Albrighton. 12/10/18 Where do we start, placed order with Bilston bathrooms to convert and fit out our shower room, we had a team of tradesmen headed by Phil along with John & Lee. They were so professional in every way. We would recommend them to anyone to carry out similar works. Many thanks to Phil & his team for a very professional job done.

Had bathroom tiled and shower cubicle fitted. Plus points tiling looks good with no problems. Bad points shower leaked all through the ceiling on 2 nd day. No apology from shop manager in my opinion he should have come around himself to look at it and to apologize, had that happened I wouldn't have felt the need to leave this review. Someone came around to put proper reinforcement under it but it still creaks and doesn't feel stable.

Avoid like the plague! Worst company ever selling faulty second rate products. Zero stars needed!!

Worst company I have ever come across in my life!! Absolutely diabolical service, took my money and now aren't delivering my goods, CON COMPANY is an understatement, avoid them like the plague.

ZERO STARS, they never call you back, i had a quote for a carpet and fitting, promised to call me to arrange a fitting date. Never called me back, i called several times and also went back to the warehouse twice to try and get this sorted, again they promised to call me back next day. Still nothing!!!! after 4 weeks i am going to a real Company who cares about Customers. Don't waste your time with this place, its a JOKE.

Brought bathroom suite from here but I got faulty shower and now passing me to manufacturer even tho less 14 days since I brought it and even less since install

Give Zero but can't! Service is appalling and items in the warehouse are all over the place. Any old stock is delivered and even then it is the wrong stock.

We would highly recommend Splash. We have recently had a new bathroom and we are delighted with the end result. Paul was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. The showroom has an excellent range of high quality products to suit varying budgets and he helped us work within our budget, without compromising on quality. The service was excellent. Thank you!
