• This is undoubtedly the worst beauticians I have ever visited. I booked it via an internet search as a last minute treat. What a mistake! When I arrived I was not welcomed in a friendly manner but just told quite rudely to 'Get into the room.' Noone checked what treatment I was having or introduced themselves. The girl didn't ask to check my medical details and when I questioned this she said 'Oh haven't you been here before?'I was left in the room in darkness for about 10 minutes (she switched the lights off as she left) and the room felt cold and damp generally. When I was left alone to 'relax' it felt similar to being in a motorway cafe as there was traffic roaring past noisily outside and no attempt to disguise this at all. The treatment itself was 'average' and I feel this Beauty Salon is completely overpriced for what it is and it's total lack of customer service. All in all this was a very disappointing experience.
