The plumber arrived within the stated time period. He was pleasant and professional. He located the problem area and explained what needed to be done to rectify the issue. Happy with the interaction with the plumber.

The engineer was polite and helpful, and when the pipe broke was able to find a solution.

Elms heating are a local company to me that I have used before for small odd jobs, as I was always happy with the work they did I have recently had them back to install bathrooms and a cloakroom for me. Everything was to schedule, they didn't overrun at all and the work they did was excellent. I can't fault the staff they are always professional and turn up on time, they even clean up after the work is complete. I would fully recommend them.

I've used Chris at Elms heating for years and will continue to do so, he does exactly what you ask him to, he sticks to the price he quotes, works to a good time scale and just gets the job done and all for a good price. It goes without saying that I would recommend him to others and give him 5 stars.
