Boiler Service in Bures, Suffolk

Elms heating are a local company to me that I have used before for small odd jobs, as I was always happy with the work they did I have recently had them back to install bathrooms and a cloakroom for me. Everything was to schedule, they didn't overrun at all and the work they did was excellent. I can't fault the staff they are always professional and turn up on time, they even clean up after the work is complete. I would fully recommend them.

I've used Chris at Elms heating for years and will continue to do so, he does exactly what you ask him to, he sticks to the price he quotes, works to a good time scale and just gets the job done and all for a good price. It goes without saying that I would recommend him to others and give him 5 stars.

Elms Plumbing & Heating, Essex, were fantastic, they came and installed a shower and toilet for me as well as the heating. I found them online and they were absolutely professional throughout and had very good communication skills. I would highly recommend their 5 star service to others.

Worst experience ever. Charged over £300 for a leaking toilet. Took an hour and 3 mins so charged double. Absolute fraudsters.

The plumber Ashley and mate Wayne arrived exactly to schedule. They completed the replacement of the mixer tap within 30 mins. and made no mess. I found their work excellent.
