I paid for fire alarms to be installed having used Jim and his guys before (and usually a great service)! Didnt hesitate to give them the business again (and Jim also very actively chasing me for the business which makes the result even worse!) These were supposed to be installed early February- they cancelled on the day due to “staff shortages”. After continually chasing and being told it was a perfect storm- Jims ill health, supplier issues and staffing shortages - it was rebooked again, and this time nobody showed up. Jim apologised for oversight but then said hed refund the money as the suppliers had ultimately let him down (and he was embarrassed himself about it). I was told it was refunded to me (after me querying the overdue accounts and strike off action on companies house against Co Reg SC656119) but we are now 3 weeks down the line and nothing on my card. Jim is now not returning messages. On checking companies house, I see a new company has been set up on 7th March

Arranged for George to visit my home. Took time off of my work, to facilitate this visit. Didnt bother to turn up. Didnt tell me he couldnt make it. Complete time waster
