Bexley Sand & Ballast Co Ltd was recommended to be by some builders and I was very glad I used them. I had been to a few companies with similar products but Bexley were by far the best and had a better display then others so I could properly visualise what things would look like in my home. The staff were friendly and professional and helped me to choose the right products for me, I found the price to be very reasonable and will definitely use then again in the future and fully recommend their services to others.

Very helpful customer service here, I needed some patio stones and staff here helped us find the perfect ones. Everyone ho works here were very lovely people and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

So I over ordered on top soil. I ordered a big bag that had to be lifted with a crane. I didn't need that much, I contacted Brexley Sand and they came back with their truck and took it back. Most companies would normally say its my problem and not take it back but these guys did. I felt like they went the extra mile.

I was looking for a particular kind of slabs for my garden. I was looking around a few places and we couldn't find what we needed and the customer service at these other places was awful. A guy from Bexley Sand & Ballast came out and offered to show use what they could do for us. The Customer service was so much better and the slabs they had were excatly what I was looking for. If I ever need something similar in the future I will definitely go back here.

Very rude! Went to buy cupboard fixing for a rail. When I asked how to fit the fixing, the member of staff responded in a very condescending tone then concluded with “you shouldnt have really asked that question”. After the purchase was completed I told the person behind the counter in a polite way that if you make your customers feel stupid for asking questions they wont return. At which point another member of staff go involved in the conversation. I said the same thing to him and his response was to shrug his shoulders like they dont care. Really bad customer service, they really dont care about the customer and do not value feedback.

The service orientation, professionalism, patience, helpfulness of the Builder Depot team is simply amazing. Dealing with clients, they advise if they don't have an item, suggest alternative
