purchased engine off this company, arrived but was wrong. looked like something from a taxi that had covered over 200k. was told it had done 52k - no way. still waiting for a refund after 3 weeks. please avoid this company. surprised it's still existing!

I ordered a VW Bora door nearly a week ago, still waiting delivery, I phoned them to find out what was occuring, I was told that there has been a delay, I will receive item the next day, yeah righ, never arrived, I'm still waiting.

Slow at getting the the bits you need off the cars always some lame excuse for why they cant sort it for you at the time you try to purchase

Wouldnt give them any rating. Bought an engine, was meant to be next day delivery, 3 days later after chasing up we find out the name of the courier thats meant to deliver. We ring them up to ask where it is for the courier to tell us they had took the engine back and rebooked it. This should of rang alarm bells. Anyway the engine gets delivered to my mechanic, my mechanic changes the engine and the engine was bust, they told my mechanic to change the oil seal believing that was what was wrong with the engine and they would pay him. Little did I no they havent paid him. I am 2000 down and left with no running car. Dont no use this company theyll send you dodgy parts and palm you off. I will be getting my money back!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY There just out to take your money they say a part fits when they know well the part is off a completely different year. They fill not refund even if its not fit for purpose and you are within your legal rights. They dont care about consumer rights. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.
