    • AVOID. Phoned numerous times and messaged about an item they had in stock. Drove 3 hours on the day to pick it up, phoned in advance to double check they "still" had it, turned up and they don't have it. Said "what do you expect us to do" could have checked within the five days I've been contacting you that you have the part in stock. Tried offering another item the wrong colour that wasn't the item listed. Very rude about the whole situation. Customer service absolutely poor, organisation even worse. I wouldn't risk it with them, much better breakers elsewhere.

    • I drove up to Douglas Valley Breakers nr. Wigan to buy some Porsche parts for a refurbishment. The staff could not have been more helpful spending time with me finding the best parts both big and small. All at a very good price lower than other quotes I had received. I highly recommend them.

    • Bought a part they were advertising on eBay. Didn't deliver within 48 hours as promised them when it did arrive was not what was shown in their advert. When questioned this got lots of abuse although did refund after I had to pay to send it back. Wouldn't deal with this bunch of cowboys again and ended up reporting them to Trading Standards!

    • Shocking. Purchased a set of wheels and tyres. When they turned up one tyre was smaller than all the rest (not stated in the description at all). The car was already in the garage so I had to fork out for the correct tyre. ACD Laughed off any sort of partial refund. Cowboys. AVOID

    • Ridiculous - cant emphasise enough how much of a con artist place this is! Truly despicable. Charged me for a faulty hub and then wouldnt refund! Gave me a credit note but every time I ring up for a different part they never seem to have it! They have a caller identity on their phone and they know I have a credit note!

    • Altham car recyclers have charged me 73 pounds for air con compressor for toyota corella verso, D4D , diesel engine. Sent me wrong part not suitable for my car. I have sent the part back by paying 13 pound for postage. I got refund of 49 pounds. They are 200% useless. I am going to take legal action on them with all evidences that I have collected.
