Great experience and service.

Was conned out of £500 by this garage, was told the work was guaranteed, however when the issue reoccurred 4 days later was just fobbed off by saying it was another issue!! (Even though exactly same symptoms) Had another diagnostic at a much cheaper price from another garage and problem was identified within 5 mins and was told my car was due for a recall by Vauxhall and would be fixed free off charge. (Which it was and problem has never reoccurred ever since) I paid this dodgy outfit £500+ for nothing and they eventually stopped responding to my phone calls or emails to wriggle out of giving me a refund. My issue was a common fault with Vauxhall Astras which is all over the internet and Vauxhall repaired free of charge, shame i only found out after these cowboys charged me £500 for misdiagnosing my issue and then not honouring their own guarantee! Save your self time and money go else where!!
