• Not great, would avoid. Car smelled of cigarettes when I got it which was not nice for my family... Re offhire: TJS phoned, however as i couldn't answer they arrived 1hr later and literally waited less than 6 minutes for me to stop work and answer the door (while in a meeting), then said they couldn't collect and put it back on hire. Then the hire manager insisted this was all my failing! Collected the car later and started to tell me again they waited 10mins etc. Then to cap it all off of course, surprise! found 'new' damage in the form of a tiny stone chip on the windscreen! I should have kept quiet I guess :-(

• Hired a Van from here, wanted to drop few things to my aunts however needed it urgently called them and they organised it the next day.Quick response like the way they work fast.
