They came promptly and sorted out my tap problem with no fuss and took care to explain why it had happened. He'll be back on Wednesday to replace the taps as this is an old house and needed different fittings. They were considerate of my cats who were rather nervous about unknown people in the house. Contacted locksmith at 9 am He arrived exactly on time as arranged with a prior phone call unfortunately he didn't carry the high range door handles that were fitted and had been damaged. He agreed to return the following morning at 9am. After securing the door for the night, he arrived next day as agreed.I was amazed at the speed in which he had fitted the new high security lock and new handles, excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone seeking a professional job
