absolutely brilliant service. our boiler packed in on the 27th of December, absolutely not what you need after christmas. Billy and his two boys were extremely prompt at getting us fitted in, taking out the old boiler and installing the new one for us, with 3 kids at home being without heating and hot water as you can imagine was far from ideal, but the boys got us sorted fast and efficient!! also tidied up after themselves would not have even known they had been in! excellent service!

Just had a new boiler installed by Billy. He is really knowledgeable and helpful. Had a great experience dealing with him and he provided a quick and professional service. Would 100% recommend.

Family member was badly let down by this company at this difficult time. Whiterose Plumbing agreed to investigate and fix a bathroom leak that was dripping into neighbors property. Combination of no shows and general inaction over a two week period from initial inspection contributed to neighbours ceiling partially collapsing with water build up. Should note that same company had actually installed a new boiler on previous occasion to a good standard. Reliability and follow through is crucial for emergencies!

Fitted a full heating system for me a few years ago. Started on Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon the system was running. Superb service. Only problem is getting hold of him as he is so busy.

We have had 5 so called plumbers in 4 years,non sorted the problem.we looked for a heating engineer and luckily got the right one .from start to finish turned up on the dot carried out the work that he knew needed repair ,nothing more .knew his stuff and gave us info about condensation we needed to know about too.richard did an outstanding job and I will be recommending him to everyone I know.his prices are very reasonable.

As a returning customer , Richard came to swap a broken shower pump and whilst here we asked about swapping out a temperamental shower which my husband had been looking at switching. Richard highlighted possible issues wed have with the swap wed planned and provided a better solution so once the new shower he recommended arrived he popped back to fit it for us. Punctual and polite. Weve used DPH before and will certainly use again.

Been back every year for the last 10 years to service our boiler. They initially installed the boiler and it hasn't dropped a beat. Always punctual and polite. Excellent advice also on other plumbing related issues. Top Notch !

Called to replace 2 radiators, fantastic and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.

Our house recently flooded in Fishlake Doncaster causing problems with our oil boiler. Direct plumbing attended as soon as the water receded and managed to get the boiler working again. They are coming back in a few weeks to change it but top marks for getting it running long enough to start drying the house out. Thank you very much Richard.

Had Dimche come to fix a new boiler after diagnosing damage to the existing boiler. Fast and reliable service with good pricing. He was courteous and efficient. Would recommend.

Had Chris come round to fix and replace a kitchen tap. Excellent service. He went to find a near-like replacement from a store and came back to fit it. Very clear re. cost options and job all completed in one day. Chris had a great 'customer' manner and was helpful. Definitely recommend.

Did a great job for us fitting anew boiler in a really old house, which wasnt straight forward. Other tradesmen had quoted us double, and told us a load of work was needed, whereas McCanns found a way around it. Knows what he is doing, and a good bloke.

Absolutely first class service from Tom. Replaced our old boilers with a combi and fitted a new radiator in the bathroom. Impressed with the speed and efficiency of the workers who installed my new boiler. The price was very competitive and service second to none. Cleaned up as they went along with very little disruption to the household. Highly recommend this firm to do an excellent job and very friendly workmen who were more than happy to explain the process in non technical terms so that it was easy to understand. Very professional and high quality workmanship.

Guy came out and told me he COULD fix my fire but couldn't be bothered as he was too busy. He then left and charged me £55 pounds for a "consultation". Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company they did the work when they said they would there price was great they were neat and tidy

Do not know if they are actually good at their job, they were in my house for 5 minutes, nothing wrong with boiler ,just put some batteries in thermostat as they had run out. Sent me a bill for £73.20! If I had actually had them do any gas work I would have had to get a mortgage at that rate!
