Phoned up for a boiler service, Darren gave me a quote told me he didn't have his diary available and to ring back. Rang him back, messaged him. NO Response. If he didn't want the job all he had to do was say so. Poor customer service.

darren repaired my heating for me. agreed the cost once he had sourced the part and even though it took him longer than expected he stuck to it . would use him again on my other rental houses . thanks.

Plumber attended to job within an hour of my call, to replace a burst outside water pipe. He replaced the pipe and also did a couple of additional add ons that he said would help prevent the problem from happening again. Very impressed with both plumber Nikki and Jill who was absolutely delightful and helpful when she took my call. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use again.

Plumber from Easi-Plumb in stirling came out to help redo the pipework in my bathroom. He was in touch to say when he would arrive and did a great job replacng all pipes for the bath, shower , sink and toilet. Would deinately use again, great service.

My boiler was making a load banging noise when starting , they came and sorted it the same day, cant thank them enough , the man was very polite and talked me through what was happening. I feel safe now its sorted

Phone this company to come out and look at my Gran's boiler as it wasn't working, the engineer did come out fast which was a good factor but didn't have a clue what was wrong had to look up a manual still couldn't find the problem. took it apart and still nothing, charged her £100.00 + VAT for call out, then I called a different company who then came out and basically it was just was just a matter of resetting the boiler, the other company wouldn't take any money as it was only a simple turn of a switch.

Very positive experience with Easi-Plum. We had a broken shower and a leaking system. The plumber came out and fixed it all. He made little mess, he was very professional. I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him too.

LDA, I can praise this company enough and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review. Started off finding a slow leak in my bathroom. Everything soaking wet. I called several different companies who would not return my calls. Lee was very professional took my details. Got back to me an hour later as working at that time, made an appointment, came round, found the leak and problem. Got the parts, fixed in with in a short period of time. The cost was extremely reasonable, considering the work that this entailed. Being a women on her own with an elderly mum, I cant tell you what a relief it was to find genuine company, that care and put you first. Also had problems with the boiler to which Lee sorted over phone call late in the evening, so we had heating and hot water back on. A company thats genuine. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have called on these guys. Again they gave a fair quote and the work was done as planned within 5 days of initially contacting them. Very polite, good work, got the jobs done, one of which was the worst blocked toilet they had ever seen. They cleared up after themselves. I will bear them in mind for future plumbing jobs. Fitted a full heating system for me a few years ago. Started on Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon the system was running. Superb service. Only problem is getting hold of him as he is so busy.

Had water leak from the block stop on the radiator. Arrived in 30 mins, workmanship is fantastic, price was even better, top man will definitely be using paul for any more plumbing jobs, thankyou paul for a top job.

Guy came out and told me he COULD fix my fire but couldn't be bothered as he was too busy. He then left and charged me £55 pounds for a "consultation". Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
