darren repaired my heating for me. agreed the cost once he had sourced the part and even though it took him longer than expected he stuck to it . would use him again on my other rental houses . thanks.

rapid response to my call out over the weekend repaired my heating just as the weather turned cold. would use them again.

Paul came and did a professional job mending our leaking pipes. He was friendly and explained everything. However, he had to attend an emergency before our appointment, he forgot to ring and say. We called he apologised, and arrived soon after that. Brilliant job thanks.

They were extremely helpful when we called to report our broken heating system and leaking pipes. He came within the hour even on a Sunday fixed the problems right away. Very professional.

Paul came at the agreed time and sorted out my blocked shower drain. It turned out to be a tougher job than i described to him but he managed it with a smile and tidied everything up too!

Arrived 2 hours late to clear a blocked kitchen sink he then plunged the sink ( the only thing he did) and appeared to be clueless in what to do (Began ro wonder if he was even a plumber) provided no solution and created a mess including taking off the ubend and spilling water over the floor and for this he still charged me £90

Plumber attended to job within an hour of my call, to replace a burst outside water pipe. He replaced the pipe and also did a couple of additional add ons that he said would help prevent the problem from happening again. Very impressed with both plumber Nikki and Jill who was absolutely delightful and helpful when she took my call. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use again.

Plumber from Easi-Plumb in stirling came out to help redo the pipework in my bathroom. He was in touch to say when he would arrive and did a great job replacng all pipes for the bath, shower , sink and toilet. Would deinately use again, great service.

My boiler was making a load banging noise when starting , they came and sorted it the same day, cant thank them enough , the man was very polite and talked me through what was happening. I feel safe now its sorted

Phone this company to come out and look at my Gran's boiler as it wasn't working, the engineer did come out fast which was a good factor but didn't have a clue what was wrong had to look up a manual still couldn't find the problem. took it apart and still nothing, charged her £100.00 + VAT for call out, then I called a different company who then came out and basically it was just was just a matter of resetting the boiler, the other company wouldn't take any money as it was only a simple turn of a switch.

Excellent service. Carl arrived on time, 8am, sorted the problem. Fast safe service. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have just used Carl to fully install our new Combi boiler. His advise and knowledge are second to none and the actual work he has carried out for us was of an excellent high standard at an affordable and honest cost. Fitted a full heating system for me a few years ago. Started on Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon the system was running. Superb service. Only problem is getting hold of him as he is so busy.

LDA, I can praise this company enough and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review. Started off finding a slow leak in my bathroom. Everything soaking wet. I called several different companies who would not return my calls. Lee was very professional took my details. Got back to me an hour later as working at that time, made an appointment, came round, found the leak and problem. Got the parts, fixed in with in a short period of time. The cost was extremely reasonable, considering the work that this entailed. Being a women on her own with an elderly mum, I cant tell you what a relief it was to find genuine company, that care and put you first. Also had problems with the boiler to which Lee sorted over phone call late in the evening, so we had heating and hot water back on. A company thats genuine. Highly recommend.

Phoned Roger on 21st December as boiler had stopped working. He came round in the time he said he would. He managed to get the boiler working, he was very thorough checking everything out to make sure all was safe for us. We would definitely recommend him. Very polite.

Really happy with the service provided by East London Plumbers, call them on their 24 emergency line late one evening, there was an engineer at my door within 45 minutes Repaired my boiler and left me with hot water again.

East London plumbers, came to unblock our toilet , excellent service from initial phone call right through to delivering a good service. Engineers was very knowledgeable and professional Would use again and recommend for anyone else to use.

Did a gas safety check and found a lot of faults and fixed them.

We had a gas leak and called them they were quick to respond and sorted the problems.

Mark was here within the hour of our call to help us with a blocked toilet at our work premises. He was friendly, genuine and gave advice with regards to an issue he couldn't help us with. Would definately recommend and will use him again in the future.

Called at 11.30, came out within 30 mins and fixed the job in under 20 mins. Great service and great price too. Mark was lovely guy and Im just so grateful that there are still some genuine professionals that come and do a great job and dont take advantage price wise with your emergencys. Called Mark out to repair a burst pipe on a Saturday night. Turned up within the hour and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Excellent service from a real gentleman. I could not recommend Mark highly enough.

Just a simple toilet blockage after all, yet he came over straight away even at the distance and cleared it up without a hitch. Knows what he's doing. Great service and nice guy aswell let alone great price.

Paul is that rarest and most valuable of things -- a truly reliable plumber. He always comes when you have a problem, does a great job, is totally trustworthy and a genuinely good guy. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul for any plumbing issue.

Paul is the most reliable workman we have ever come across. He is always quick to respond and always provides a superb service. Mark came and installed us a new boiler when our old one had finally given up the ghost and he moved all the necessary pipe work for us and everything for us as we wanted the new one in a different place.
