    • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!They are unreliable, they do not turn up when they say they are going to, when you call the office they rarely pick up, if they do, they say they will get back to you and dontThey book you in for specific dates and then dont turn up, and this goes on and on and on.They will say they have ordered parts or fittings but havent.They are the most unprofessional company we have come across, do not know how they are still trading!!The director of the company (the short one) is a most unpleasant individual, is a bare faced liar and will make up stories to get out of situations.Hes a terrible manager, has zero communication skills, is extremely evasive and treats both his staff and customers with real contempt.He doesnt seem to understand hes offering a service, more just using his customers (and staff) to make money, as cheaply as possible. They will take your deposit and then they will pressure you to pay even more money up front and then not complete the work.

    • I had my roof, padio and windows done by these guys. Before the work I took a few quotes and had it from a sales guy called Terry, he came round and seem to know exactly what I wanted after a chat. There was a few bits around the back I wanted doing but he advised me it was unnecessary and agreed with my wife and even though they could have made more money they seemed more interested in making sure we were happy in the long run than just getting us to buy everything. Once the work was due to start the guys doing the building work showed up early and all seemed very polite (for builders lol). They seemed to know what they where doing and other than the cups of tea my wife and I offered them they seemed to want to get on with the work so I let them do just that. The work was even done a day before they said it was going to take.. I did notice one small issue but called up the office spoke to a lady and it was sorted with in an hour .
