Excellent Customer Service . PH Services supplied and fitted a Washing Machine over 4 years ago for my elderly Parents. Recently the Machine was not completing the spin cycle correctly. After phoning and leaving a message I was called back and the Owner ( I think) visited and repaired the machine in under 15 minutes but refused to take a payment. As you can imagine most other firms would insist on a minimum charge for any visit. Would definitely use again but would not expect a free repair LOL.

Absolutely appalling company. The worst customer service I have encountered. They initially never turned up at the said time. The engineer advised that he could repair once they found the part. He wanted £25 to book the repair. I left it a week and every time I telephoned they advised that they would need to speak to the engineer and get back to me, to which they never did. I telephoned again the week after and they advised me that they have the part and someone will be in touch. After 4 weeks and still nobody had called I telephoned again and said it was Mr Harris to which they put the phone down. After several attempts to get in touch, I spoke to them and they said they cannot do the repair and that I would not get my £25 back. Id be very careful if using this company, totally unprofessional, deceitful and trading standards have been informed.

Wish I could give zero Stars but am unable to. Really wish I never heard of this “company”. My washing machine insurance company put a service call through to this company: (1) Missed a promised introduction call (2) Insurance company chased up via email a few hours later a call was received female was: arrogant, rude, obnoxious and failed to listen (3) I telephoned back the next day - lucky for me I did because despite the promised and confirmed appointment for 1 week away the appointment had not been made and the service call was declined by this company and put back to my insurance without any notification (4) lee was extremely rude and abusive - his attitude stunk I asked why I had the confirmed (by the female the day before) appointment could he tell me why I had not been advised that the call wasnt going ahead I had more abuse and bad attitude. After having the original telephone call I googled the phone number and came upon bad review after bad review and my heart sank.

Absolute shocking attitude. Engineer call arranged for Today, provided details as requested last friday to order part. However, rung at lunchtime has no communication. They cancelled my visit as did not recieve the parts they wanted. They havent even inspected yet. Made no effort to contact me and not interested at all on phone. DO NOT USE. The booking was made by Domestic & General, I have raised a complaint through them, should not be using companies like this looking at reviews over different forums.
