• My oven was not working after a short circuit with exhaust fan of cooker. The exhaust was sorted after a change of fuse, but oven would not work. I happen to call appliance doctor if they were able to come out and fix. However he just asked me questions whether clock numbers were still appearing on my oven and i told it was flashing zero and he just advised me to reset the clock and oven should work, which it did after resetting the clock. It saved me from calling out and paying for someone for a simple job. I am thankful for the advice and I do feel they are very reasonable people to contact for any jobs if needs doing.

• Had very honest advice.....on the phone....that a visit would be a waste of my money as the problem was my washing machine was not worth repairing. Thank you very trustworthy

• We have used the Appliance Doctor on several occasions in the past 8 years. Excellent service; great repairs; extremely knowledgeable and fair price. Would recommend without hesitation. Deserves to be used.
