I cannot say enough nice things about this company, every member of staff that we dealt with were professional and friendly, when the team of lads came to replace all the windows in our property they descended upon the house like worker ants! Every single one of them was again professional and friendly, very careful with all our property, they got the whole job done in 2 days which was amazing, we thought it would take a week! Thanks again to the whole team!

After much deliberation my wife and I decided to have our aged windows replaced and on a recommendation we visited the showroom/shop of WJ Richardson in West Wickham. It was the best thing we could have done as from the initial contact to the completion of the job their service was first class. Just before they was to start we were given a 'plan of action' which meant we could prepare the respective rooms the day before. The 4 man team arrived just after 9am each day and were a pleasure to have around. Easy to get on with answering any questions we had, they were polite and very respectful of our home environment leaving the minimal amount of clearing-up to be done. Their workmanship was top class. I was absolutely dreading having two new windows fitted, one in the kitchen and one in our second bedroom. WJ Richardson had been recommended to be my somebody else on our block could use them to do sliding doors. They couldn't have been better. The two theatres arrive promptly at 9 AM and were courteous and smiling and helpful throughout the day. They absolutely made a minimum of mess, cleared up after them, did a brilliant job, and the windows look absolutely fantastic. I am absolutely thrilled and would heartily recommend them

Great friendly service, had four replacement units for windows that had filled with condensation after 15 years. Also was the only place that I could find that came out and attempted to fix my leaking glass conservatory roof, without wanting to completely replace it! Great job, quickly done, and now leak free. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic company. Quick response for quotation and fitting and work completed to a lovely standard. We had replacement glazing in a sliding patio door and a replacement window sill fir one if our windows. We are so pleased we have now asked for a quote for some other work to be undertaken in our house. Lovely customer service over the phone too.

Shane & Luke did a wonderful job on fitting new gutters and fascia boards. Very competitive prices. . Always turned up on time and a pleasure to have around. If you have any need of anything to do with widows etc., then you really need to speak to these guys first.

I cannot recommend Mercury Windows highly enough. They gave us a competitive quote for the windows we needed and the quality of fitting was great. I really cannot find fault in any element of the job they did. Thanks again Joe.

DDG gave me a very reasonable free estimate for my whole house (nearly every window) and I took them up on the offer they got to work quickly, and got the job done. No hidden charges.

Installed digital glass windows, super work, must try for all.

We've used Alpha a couple of times over the last few years. They used to be a decent company to deal with but lately they are unfortunately not. We had many issues on our latest project (all due to products supplied by Alpha). Simon, the owner, couldn't even be bothered to come out and see for himself the issues we had. We still to this day haven't resolved these issues but we will have the last laugh. I wouldn't use Alpha again. They're too concerned on making as much money as they can and not customer service anymore unfortunately.

They fitted a window for us done a good job, but a couple of days later we noticed, windows we had fitted ourselves had holes drilled through the frames. Why? Only they had access.
